    cardio ?

    i know that it's okay to do cardio while on cycle but i have no time to do it except after my workout , is that okay or not ?

    It is ok to do cardio ofter your work out, some people like doing it before its up to you really.

    IMO 15-20 mins of cardio at 60-70% of your MHR is fine after your weight training.
