I have a shoulder injury (as many do) its called a slap lesion it occured when I was 18 (now 23) during a hockey game. Since I have started training seriously for a body building competition (about 2.5 years steady) I have noticed an imbalance in size due to this shoulder injury and I need your help!!!
My left shoulder was injured and I've been in and out of physio many of times, I can honestly say that the injured shoulder doesn't bother me or affect my workouts anymore. However I have noticed my left pectoral has gotten way bigger and fuller than my right. I need to increase the size of this right pectoral.
Sorry its not that simple, I have constantly done extra reps or sets on this weak pec, and due to this my strong right side shoulder is growing larger than my left shoulder. I could go into the gym and just do push ups or light bench and the next day my larger left pec will have a pump and the right side will feel like I didn't even touch it.
To recap that I have a larger left pec and a larger right anterior delt.
I greatly appreciate any input some of you vets may have. Thanks
