Reconstituting HCG HELP!

Sup bro's I need help reconstituting my HCG, The items I have are two Glass Amps of HCG each containing 2000IU of HCG, one vial of bacterialstatic water containing 8 ml, How do I mix them safely and properly please advise bro's.

If the HCG came in a sealed vial it would be much easier but they are glass amps i'm not sure how to go about this.

the HCG powder is in ampule? and each is 2000IU, correct?
draw out only 1 ml of water and pour into each ampule, and the HCG will dissolve.
then obtain a sterile 10 ml Vial, you can get that form AR. then inject into the vial the 2 ml of mixed HCG with the water.
then inject into the vial the rest of the water and shake it a bit to get an even mixture.
now you'll have 8 ml of HCG at 500 IU/ml.

Just mix in 1ml of BW with the HCG, once you have it mixed-do not stir or shake a little swirl will do-pre load all your syringes and refrigerate those you will not be using immediately.
