Hey! I was wondering if someone could help me out with making a diet...The only hard thing is I am a vegetarian. I get my protein thru shakes and will eat some fish(tuna, white, salmon). I am not a bad eater and work out regularly but am getting ready to start clen and I know I am going to have to have 5 meals a day in order to get cut and lose a couple of pounds. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
