i started taking the same dosage and the only thing i noticed is less water reteantion in my face i think letro is better for getting rid of water retention use the search button bro mad info here
I believe it takes 7 days for blood levels to become saturated with Adex. I agree with pumpd4lif - diet can have a very big impact. Eat clean, use the Adex and you'll tighten up.
Arimidex is about stopping the estrogen conversion. NOT water. You should
not take this drug unless you have to much estrogen. There are other ways
to decrease water.
besides lower salt intake plzz inlighten me
Yes and no. Adex does stop conversion and this leads to a reduction of estrogen-related side effects - like water retention. Under steroid profiles you'll see more info but here is a qoute: "Well, certainly reducing estrogen levels in your body is good from a body building point of view, as it reduces water-retention and the potential for gynocomastia (if there’s no estrogen in your body, you can’t get gyno, regardless of how much progesterone is floating around)(5)."Originally Posted by Ufa
