Question Shoulder - lose the traps and keep the delts

i know weird title, but here is what i am looking for..

My shoulders are pretty strong.. but i am not a fan of my traps growing... but i love the way delts look.

Before i had it under control but i'm noticing my traps are slowly dominating.. and i do not want this..

My current shoulder wok out is as follows..

Lateral raise - front and side (10lbs each side)
Shoulder press with free weights (15lbs each side)
    Reverse peak dec (37lbs -50lbs)

I usually do between 4-5 sets of 12 to 15 reps.

most guys would hate you lol!! "wahhhh my traps are too big!!"

but seriously, do you deadlift for back? deads build the traps more then anything IMO. none of the exercises you listed are direct trap building exercises..... some indirect trap work there but nothing too major. maybe you have some hella good genetics miz?

well i guess i can see how an attractive female would hate having big traps lol!!! lil intimidating!! maybe do your raises with a machine and or cables? keeping the motion to just under parallel to the ground so you reduce the load on your traps?

dont stress...just concentrate on your outershoulders...try sittin down on a l-shaped bench, have your free weights at your side, nearly under your seat, and raise...

I have rediculously grown traps people ALWAYs ask how i work them, and i tell them i dont...cuz i DONT...its like a dam turtle shell on my back...but i have been doin shoulders this way and my shoulders are finally growing outward separateing from the trap...finally....sigh

    Just throwing this out there
But couldnt you use cables for front laterals or side laterls ( one excersie on cables)
to keep the shape and hold the form perfect? I always find cables bring good definition.
    example
    Cable Side laterals
    Front DB Laterals
    Db Shoulders press
    Pec deck (reverse)

    * Using cables to minimize trap movement

I think somebody said this earlier, but making sure you don't come up past 90 degrees on any lateral raise should reduce the load on the traps quite a bit. Just bring your arms up to perpendicular with your body, no higher.

Also, try starting with the reverse peck deck to pre-exhaust the delts more. That will cause them to work harder during the lateral exercises.
