    hows my diet look?

    how does this look im trying to gain some lean mass .. any feedback would be awsome!~!~


    7:00
    6 eggs 1 corn tortia. 1 slice 12 grain bread. 1scoop of whey

    10:15
    1 chicken breast

    1:00
    2 chicken breats 1 cup oatmeal and veggies

    3:15
    1 1/2 cans of tuna

    4:00
    Workout

    5:30
    2 scoops whey with dextrose

    7:30
    2 chicken breasts or steak with sweet potatoes and veggies

    9:30 1 scoop of whey 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
    cottage cheese.

    It looks just about as horrid as the approaches you posted in this forum a week and two weeks ago.

    You really should go back and read the suggestions that were given to you and actually apply them.

    you have alot of the right ideas down bro, but for meal 2 and 4 id add some sort of efa like natty pb or flax...especailly if you are looking to gain, it will help fill in some calories....overall it looks like you just need more calories...post your stats so you dont go overboard with the cals though bro, or you can use the harris bennidick ???? formula that should be on the bulking sticky to help you figure out your cals....good luck

    yeah i used it im looking to take in around 2400 calories

    im 22yrs 5'8 190lbs 10%bf been training for about 6 years

    I've seen all your diet threads, workout threads, and your gear threads.

    It's been weeks and you are still asking the same things, so I wonder what you've been doing all this time?

    Not a flame, but you have a lot to learn in all 3 areas judging by the questions you ask.

    I suggest researching a lot so you don't F yourself up.

    Not a flame, just brutal honestly.

    yes but no one an answering my questioins i believe i pmed u once of twice asking for advice/ biut no no reply.. can u help me out?

    You do realize that SC is a diet/nutrition legend, right? He makes a living (a very good one) helping people reach there fitness goals. He's a mod on this board to give advice and point people in the right direction. Not to plan out your diet and training routine. Now, I'm sure if you wanted to become his client..........

    I don't answer pm's regarding nutritional coaching as that is what I do for a living. I get tons of requests for a sample diet, critique this/that, etc., and I don't answer any of them. Reason being, you and others will want to utilize the diet forum here, as that is what this is for and it's free for the members here.

    here ill try an help you out this is my current bulking diet...meals are every 2 hours...complex carbs are sweet potatoes, oats, brown rice etc...

    Meal 1-pro/carb
    Meal 2-pro/fat
    Meal 3-pro/fat
    Meal 4-pro/complex carb
    Meal 5-pro/fat
    Train
    Meal 6-(PWO)pro/dextrose
    Meal 7-(PPWO)pro/complex carb
    Meal 8-pro/fat


    this is what works for me....use the harris bennidict calc to figure out your cals and plan your meals accordingly...good luck
