on saturday i started the 5x5 workout, so 5 reps of 5 sets with the heaviest weight i could, until yesterday i managed to get through chest, triceps and shoulders doing 1 part a day 15-20 sets. but yesterday during the day before my shoulder workout i had naggin pain in my elbow and wrists and along the top of my forearm, sort of felt like inflamation. i did my shoulders (doing lots of compound so wide bench, close bench, military press etc) and it started hurting quite a bit, so i cut the workout short, then after the workout the pain got really intense it was a pulsating pain and was actually causing alot of discomfort.
what could cause this and what should my next steps be? in regards to training, supplementation, doctor etc??
im on 500mg prop a week and at week 2 now, i also take animal pak multi vitamin and thats about it.
