Has strength dropped with current diet? Seems you are losing weight but I feel it's not enough calories for someone of your size.

Im sure I am 1000 cals below my maintnance for sure. my strength is alright I find I get stronger for assistance work but compund things like shoulder press, bench press are around the same. If i wasnt on gear I would be weaker evrey week. can to low of calories in a diet effect u losing fat???

I'd make sure Protein intake is adequate and play with the carbs/fat in the diet.

With that low of calories there is no need for any supplements, I'd start there.

Personally I think that you are really cutting your cals way too much. You should at least get some more carbs in the morning and PWO. At your size you could easily lose bodyfat eating around 2500 - 2700 cals IMO. Take it for what it's worth. I do know that if you cut too low you will slow down your metabolism and definitely plateau.

I don't think that's enough food for you Bro....and the pasts if anything should be after work out...you need some carbs after training other wise you will shrink like a raisin...i would add to all meals except ones with PB some flaxseed oil 7.5 ml of it...need some good fats in the Bro...good luck...XXL
