    can my pwo shake be my last meal

    Hey guys can my PWO shake be the last meal of my day as long as I have satisfied my daily requirements?

    No, being that it's a shake and will be absorbed even quicker than normal due to the increased uptake of the muscles that were torched.

    You need a solid food meal overnight, and especially after having worked out.

    i had the same problem... just couldn't get my last meal in!!...

    but now I feel really hungry... I have my last meal 1.5 hours after my PWO shake....
