determination is the key
read the cutting sticky on the diet section...good luck
and you should at least give your body time to rest at least 1 day....never, ever RUN...walk on a nice incline in the morning on an empty stoumach at 65-70% of your heart rate for 45 minutes to an hour
Stop running, find a fat burning form of cardio not a muscle wasting one, get your diet in check, etc.
