    Smile post pregnancy abs

    Hi!
    I'm a new female member looking for some info on how to lose some post-pregnancy belly fat. I use the ab lounge daily and I have seen progress. I was just wondering if there was any specific exercises that targets the "love handle" area. In the past, maintaining my weight required very little exercise/diet. Well, needless to say, things have changed!!!!!!
    I've been looking through the forums here and have gathered quite a bit of knowledge, but it would be nice to chat with someone who knows what I'm going through.

    I've put this question in the female forums, but I haven't gotten a response yet. So, here I am.

    Well, I dont know what your going through, cuz I havent had to give birth....nor do i ever plan on it.... Thats creepy.

    Sit-ups and crunches are good, but to lose the love handles and excess belly fat, it's all about diet and cardio as KY said above.

    Thanks for the info and the congrats!!!
    She is a beautiful baby.
    Keeping up with the morning walks, ab exercises, and diet are the key.
    I guess I'll just have to get some patience too.
