I'm a new female member looking for some info on how to lose some post-pregnancy belly fat. I use the ab lounge daily and I have seen progress. I was just wondering if there was any specific exercises that targets the "love handle" area. In the past, maintaining my weight required very little exercise/diet. Well, needless to say, things have changed!!!!!!
I've been looking through the forums here and have gathered quite a bit of knowledge, but it would be nice to chat with someone who knows what I'm going through.
