3/4 cup of oats = approx 41g carbs....
Are you cutting? If so, oats okay but I would think you'd need prob >=1.5 cups.
Otherwise...more beneficial to use dex/maltodex.
I prefer dextrose over oats anyday.
Oats are too low GI for my liking, have fat in them, fiber, and none of those things are beneficial pwo.
Besides drinking oatmeal is not something to look forward to at all.

I actually dont mind drinking oats/whey. I do prefer the whey/dex tho. I did skim/oats/whey and didnt really notice any improvement...so i stick w dext
Anything other than dextrose/whey and my recovery seems to be absolute shit.
