agreed...if u can manage cardio during ur day then do it...i know im goin to make an effort to do this during my next bulking...i made a vow once i get down to under 10% i never wanna go above it again...i got a ways to go before i get there though..Originally Posted by stocky121

do on your off days or if you can get to the gym twice in a day, I'd do it during the evening, assuming your working out in the AM. If not, then just reverse it and do cardio in the AM.
