I don't have a set diet e.g. meal 1 - 110g oats + egg whites etc.
But over the course of a whole day I usually manage to fit in about this much food over 6-7 meals
50g of WPi + 100g of brewing sugar for PWO shake.
2 pieces of lebanese bread -100g carbs
3-4 cups of rice or pasta
2 large pancakes
300ml of low fat yoghurt
4 large pieces of steak
~1L of low fat milk
3 tomatoes
500ml of fruit juice
the occasional piece of fruit
and usually throw a grilled chicken burger in there a few times a week.
First off, I know this diet is far from adequate but at the moment I can't afford to be spending copious amounts of money on food because I am not working.
I am thinking I need to throw some vegetables in there and also some potatoes and more fruit.
When I get a steady job I will get on a proper bulking diet.
I'm 6'1 207 pounds and I want to hit 220 pounds by October.
Any ideas?
