    Close grip EZ Press
    Lying EZ extensions
    Calves
    Toe Press
    Seated Calve
    Wednesday:-
    Back
    DB reverse fly
    Widearm/close grip Chins
    Deadlifts
    Barbell Rows
    Seated Cable row
    Biceps
    Barbell Curls
    Hammer curls
    Close grip standing EZ curls
    Thursday:-OFF
    Friday:-
    Legs
    Leg Press
    Front Squats
    Lying leg curls
    Leg Extensions
    DB stiff legged deads

    Saturday:-
    Delts + Traps
    Military Barbell Press
    DB Press
    Shrugs
    DB reverse Fly
    Forearms
    Reverse Barbell wrist curls
    Reverse DB curls
    Calves
    Toe press
    Hack Squat
    Donkey Calve Raises
    Sunday:-ABS

    What do you guys think?
    Do you think dropsets are benificial during bulking on compound lifts such as dead/squats or just do straight heavy sets..
    Also close grip ez bar press combined with chest,should i do seated dips instead as ex bar press involves chest???

    yes it looks real good and as far as drop stes bro they are great depending on who you ask...I love them(Fierce intensity)I know alot of the english train and incorparate drops sets.But helium is right looks damn good.

    Yeah I'd agree, your routine looks good, but how many sets are you doing per body part though? Also, I see you are doing DB reverse Fly with Back and Shoulders. IMO I'd do them with delts only.

    Like Bigmax I think drops sets are great, but I don't use them as much when I'm bulking.

    I thought the once a week method was best for me but, I have come to realize I need to and can work out each BP whenever I want, as long as I have three days rest in between. I can WO each BP 2-3 X a week now. I get better pumps and just feel like its better. Helium can talk to you about that topic.
