Does anyone know of any literature or research that has been done as to how much one should increase their caloric intake while on a cycle? If not then any advice just from experience to get good mass gains with the least amount of fat as possible.

this is one thing i have noticed here on the diet forum. it seems like most of the diet gurus do not want anything to do with helping you when ur juicing, but when u go to the steroid forum to ask about a diet they say to come here (no, im not talking about everyone), but it is hard to get an answer to a question like that. anyway sorry to hijack, just something ive noticed

The fact is, a person should learn proper dieting techniques long before ancilleries should even be considered. If he had come with a decent approach, and asked for critique, his responses would have been numerous. But, the question in itself, shows that he is nowhere near ready to begin cycling.
