i'm currently doing
m-w-f - low intensityardio for fat loss for 45 min on empty stomach and on t-th-Sat. i do hit Body for life stlye cardio 20min. day. Would it be better just to do low intensity cardio all six days ? my goal is to cutt up and lose fat. I feel i could get the benifits of both by combineing them. Your thoughts on this please.
