well, after posting my diet in the diet forums, fixing it up and posting it again, i've realized some people seem to discourage whey protein intake??? this baffles me as whey protein breaks down into the most complete amino acid profile of all proteins?
i know whey protein is digested fairly quickly, but it's not like carbs where there's a concern for storage. once broken down into amino's, they'll float around for quite some time before being stored, unless of course you're taking in an extreme excess of protein in your diet.
anyway, just wondering why it is that many people don't seem to be too keen on supplementing diets with whey protein?
