well the day is finally here...surgery tommarow on my knee. havnt been around to post much the last month as i have been working 2 full time jobs doing 70-80 total hours a week. havnt had a full day off in 23 days. all taht work is to be able to keep insurance as im switching full time jobs. well i will have all night and day for 2 weeks to be able to help out on this board once again while im out of work.. then things should be able to slow down and hav emore time.

lmao and not vicodine, percocet. and yes you will get them responses. tho im going to try to stay a bit away from pain meds as best as i can. because as soon as i start to rehab i want to get my training, diet and all back into check. thanks bro..Originally Posted by horse2006

good luck. i tore my acl and minescus a year ago this month. after surgery SUCKS! and be careful. i was so drugged still afterword, that, i had to sleep on the couch and had to go to the bathroom... tried to stand up, got dizzy, fell, and hurt the knee (not reinjure, just hurt), and had to crawl back ontop of the couch and try to pee in a cup.. sounds funny but i was pretty helpless. on a brighter note, its pretty good now. still wear brace for basketball, but no limp or pain really.

thanks guys for the replies. all went well there. didnt sleep well at all lastnight. the pain meds they gave me is not working well enough as i hoped. pretty painful today...
