Most ppl take their drol at one time in the am. Im sure its half life is longer, but i may be mistaken. I thought it was like 36hrs or something like that. Actually i just got done taking anapolon, and to honest i didn't think it was all that strong. In fact my bp didn't even go up all that much. I know it was legit, but imo i would stick to QV-75, Androlic, or the Chinese one.
