    Hammer Curls

    I do hammer curls in my bicep routine.I like to alternate each workoutome workout I use d-bells the next workout I use a rope from a low pulley.My routine is for mass.My ? is is the rope effective for mass? I have heard cable movements for bis are more for definition.

    ropes can really isolate the muscle but are a poor mass builder imo but you can keep them in no harm at all.dips/tricep pullovers/french press/cgb are the best mass builders.
