    after pct of first cycle pics (old)

    this was after my first cycle which was dbol deca and test, i got nice gains but also acquired some stretchies

    pics attached, bad quality i know and no back or leg pics ill get some soon
    lemme get some comments

    o yea these pics are right after my 20th bday and a few weeks after my two month long pct that followed the 15 week cycle,
    i went from 155-180 and was 170 in these pics

    don't know wht you looked like before, but i hope you can keep the gains you made. in the future, when posting pics, try posting different poses from different angles. u basically posted the same pose, which isnt much of a pose, (can't tell if ur flexing or not) 5 times. neways, ur traps could use work, and ur chest looks like there's alot to b desired, esp. in regards to fullness. can't really see nething else to give you an honest critique. what r ur goals?

    r u saying my chest looks full or has a lot of room for improvement? i dont understand,

    o and to the newb up there thanks for your reiteration of what you have heard, just for your information the cycle went great! i put on a lot of good quality weight and its about a year later and i still weigh 175, thats twenty pounds of lean muscle in one year!! even after losing all the water and crap weight post cycle and with no other cycles since so i dont understand why u say i started too early please explain... actually no i dont care about your
    specific lack of knowledge on the subject of jiuce, how old do u think arnold started juicing or lee priest or shit i could just go on forever..

    nope im like 5' 9.5" , thats strange that you guys think my chest needs the most work most people think my chest and shoulders are my strong point..
    thanks for the comments though, it almost sounds like you guys are saying i have gyno or something, does it really look like the bottom of my pecs are that much bigger than the top and middle? your scaring me

    we are glad the cycle went well and we all wish you the best, however YOUR lack of knowledge is displayed here. You could have permantley effed up your bodies HTPA, natty test levels, among other things. How would you like to be 30 yo and have erectile issues? At 155lbs you didnt have a solid base to build upon. And at under 20yrs old you are too young, your body is still not fully developed and although you may have stopped growing your growth plates arent fully fused yet. You should have waited for 4-5 years of hard training and eating and putting on 40-50 solid lbs. 20lbs isnt a ton of weight to put on either, you could put that on naturally in a year if it was your first year working out. DIET is everything, not juice. and your reference to arnold and other pro's is silly because you yourself have 0 knowledge of when they started.

    lol are u kidding me, this kinda stuff is ridiculous, why do u think i had any more chance of ruining my htpa then a 25 year old?? anyways i got bloodtested 3 months after my pct post cyle and my total test levels were through the roof, they were above the recommended range!! good call though u obviously dont have a lack of knowledge on this subject cus u know everything and i totally ruin my natural test production didnt I? also my cholesterol was great on and off cycle, my bp was fine and my heart was examined afterwards and was in perfect working condition.

I was telling you to be safe. of course your test levels are fine NOW. thats why i said would you like a limp wang at the age of 30. 155lbs IS NOT A SOLID BASE unless you are 3'5" tall. you can not tell me that your genetics are that bad! no one believes you. visit the diet forum and read the bulking sticky.....you can easily put that weight on. i have, and so have others.

    i did the anthony roberts pct with a little tweaking,
    my pct included aromasin nolvadex clomid trib zma argninie luceine and all my other usual vitamins and minerals, at one point i thought i was getting gyno but everyone else who saw me without a shirt on thinks i was just paranoid, only sides i had was some acne on cycle and in pct and i got a nice stretch mark under each of my shoulders (in the armpit) which i am now using every cream imaginable on lol

    i had been training for a loooong time before starting this cycle i started training on a regular basis when i was about 14 for sports and became seious when i was 17, didnt juice til i was almost almost 20 becuz i reached a plateua when i was 19 at 155, sounds ridiculous but my genes just werent allowing me to gain anymore weight i had been at this weight for about 2 years training 4-5 days a week and eating on my wrestler's diet which was wayyy proper. i dont regret my decision, i just wish there would have been some way to prevent the strethch marks but they are hardly visible in their location anyways

    im saying there is a lot of room for improvement for your chest. i feel it is a weak point you should continue to focus on. My comment was stating that ur chest could use some work, as it lacks fullness. but im sure it looks better then before, after you put on tht weight, so just keep hitting it hard

But since i dont have any before pics to compare it to, i'm comparing it to some of the other guys on the board tht i've seen. maybe in comparison to what u looked like b4, ur chest looks great, but i have no idea

    nice gains even though a clean weight gainer, protein, flax, and others including strenuous working out and planned dieting would have done the trick for ya. Probably almost as fast. From the looks of your pics i can easily tell that one, your diet wasnt great at all so dont try and BS me saying it was, two, you focused on specific lift, ie- chest to try and prove you can lift a shyt-ton, hence the massive stretch marks on a littler frame. That or you just over extend your arms when lifting. Im not trying to sit here and bash what you've felt like has been accomplished over these past 15 weeks but the gear that you have claimed to have been on could have made a ton of ppl big on the first cycle. heck, just the test alone should have been enough to have an enormous difference in how your body looks. So basically you were either not very good looking in the body before you took this gear, diet was way out of whack, and you definately didnt train hard enough to show significant difference in your body frame. Dont take this negatively and I dont wanna see the ole F.You. comments if you decide to respond. This is constructive criticism so take it as it is and learn from it. Good luck to ya

    in doing ur cycle at 155 u have slowed down ur next cycle and proteinal for working out from now on... u prolly woulda gained twice and much in a compareable ratio if u did ur cycle at 180..

    If you are going to take steroids, you should probably considering lifting weights too. They usually go hand in hand.

    P.S., if your diet was "that great" like you said it was, you wouldn't look like a malnourished kid we see on t.v. who is looking to be sponsored to survive from starvation. Gear or not, a sound diet would have added weight to your frame, but the only thing you gained is a bitch ass attitude.

    Some stretchies??? And you are 175 lbs? I believe unless you are 5'5" you dont have to worry about stretchies until you are like 220 lbs or more, unless you are talking about a wedgie.
