well, switching my diet around a bit and going with cytogainer and dextrose for PWO. just wondering what you guys use to flavor up your dextrose? i was thinking maybe some of those kool-aid packets that you just add sugar to, but i don't know what's in those and if it's a good call or not? if anyone knows if that's ok or knows of anything else to keep it from just tasting like sugar water, i'd appreciate it.

also, i'm assuming you'd want to drink down the dextrose first PWO to replenish lost glucose and glycogen stores, then drink the cytogainer. if anyone has reason to do otherwise, please let me know. thanks.
