I've gone as high as 18 in one meal. Depends on your goals and stats. Either way, I'd recommend buying your eggs in bulk. Wal-Mart sells 5 dozen for like $5.35.

i am pretty sure buffsob is talking about whole eggs, thats what i do as well, just seperate the yoks. its cheap and the same as pure whites.
yup...i even throw in whole/with yolk when i get sick of plain whites....yum yum....i actauly made a thread on this.
and swole cat says I EAT EM ALL !!!!! so now i do too....good pro/fat
I do 8 whites with oats.
