How serious is the danger, drinking while on letrozole? More specifically a dose of .5mg ED? Im talking about the possibility of serious health complications from dehydration. The possibility of liver damage is a given.

There is no known drug interaction or problem when on letrozole and consuming small/moderate amounts of alcohol. I must stress that I really do mean small. There is no way I can give you an exact amount though sorry.
