yes its fine as long as your PPWo is complex carbs and you have 1 last meal before bed like some casin/flax....something pro/fat imo

First off, a regular protein shake pwo is lacking key carbs (dextrose preferably) and will do nothing really to help in recovery and to blunt cortisol secretion which is a key.

Secondly, I don't know who the people are who are saying "carbs before bed are pointless", because it's evident they have no clue wtf they are talking about. Carbs are needed pwo due to the activity (training) you have done that demands that you eat in such a manner for recovery.

I would refrain from taking the advice from whoever told you this.

I would drink your PWO whey/dex shake at 9:30, then eat a pro/carb meal around 11pm and go to bed at 11:30. OR have your PWO whey/dex shake at 9:30, your PPWO at 10pm and then a pro/fat meal at 12am. I personally would have a hard time with that since my PWO shake stays with me for at least 45 min. Trial and error.

Have You Pwo Shake At 9:30 And Dont Worry About The Carbs Being Stored As Bf, Most Of It If Not All Will End Up In The Muscles.

Imo The Idea That Carbs Before Bedtime Will Be Stored As Fat Is A Falicy, Its The Overall Amount Of Calories Consumed Per Day That Determines Wheather A Person Loses Weight, Not Grams Of Carbs Etc.

I Consume Carbs Before Bed Even When Cutting As I Feel It Helps With The Digestion Of Proteins And Keeps The Body From Turning To Muscle For Fuel.

    Just My Oppinion Tho Bro.

you could always make your PWO a solid food meal (1 cup of oats and 2 chicken breasts) then you could use a pro/fat meal before bed if you are that worried about it. i myself would have to solid pro/carb meals after my workout if i were in your situation.

pre cook your food main. do it all for the week on the weekend or cook a couple days a week. you could easily bring a couple breasts along with you and then WOLF down a cup of oats when you get home. hell i can drop a cup in less than a minute... something to shoot for in any case good luck bruh.
