How is ur back and shoulders routine?
...i sometimes work 'em on back or shoulders..all depends on how the work outs are going...but i seem to like doing them on back days and i've been kinda known to have good traps if nothing else..but once agaon it all depends on how the work outs are going......they are the 'tie in' muscle so just as long as you do them....imo,...
The same day I deadlift.
I am looking for more exercises that can work my traps. Obviously shrugs, but what else could I do to hit the a little more?
I do my traps on shoulder day, always have always will!
Upright rows also work the traps Brown_Bear73.

I like to spread my shoulders out over two days, one for "push" moves which I do with chest, and one for "pull" moves which I do with back. My shoulders are injury-prone, and doing this has helped me to avoid hurting myself.

I incorporate shrugs into my shoulder routine....![]()
I do traps on back day(best part of my body). I do rear delts on back and shoulder day.
shoulders
i do partial deads or deads on wed. and i do shrugs with them as they are worked with deads. and have got great results doing it this way
so i do them with back
traps on shoulder day here
the best way to do them is on shoulders day,coz i think traps are more related with shoulders
I say that you can work your traps on either of the days, it doesn't really make a difference; just make sure that you don't work them more than twice a week.
Shrugs have always worked for me! They make me so sore... I find that upright rows have more of an impact on the latissimus dorsi muscles rather than the traps, so I always stick to the shrugs for workin' my traps.
I touch them on back day when I do dead lift shrugs. Then I blast them on shoulder day.
