I see Carlos having different avatars about every week or even more often, and I think that's cool as shit. They all look really good by the way bro, so your dedication and love for the sport really shines through.

I wish more people would showcase their physiques and such and show off what they accomplished. Especially those who hand out advice day in/day out in the gear/workout/diet forums and such, as I feel that pics lend a TON of credibility as to who people are taking advice from.

Don't bother with excuses like "I want to keep my identity a secret", etc. etc., blah blah blah, that's just bullshit. U can blur the face, you can cut the face out of the pic, etc. I just have a lot of respect for those who actually showcase what they work so hard to obtain, and Carlos has to be on the top of that list along with Nark.

Nice job fellas! To all the others, well, u know what you need to start doing.

i agree 100%, im finally gettin out of the army and moving to a place with a good gym. i also wont have to get up at 6am and do bullsh1t PT 5 days a week, so you'll see my pic in my avatar here in the next 2 weeks or so. ill probably be about 215 when i first post, then hopefully 3 months later ill be around 240 with smooth, but visible, abs. i cant fvckin wait

Oh, changed mine too!. And before someone say's anything about no abs etc. I've posted this before. I pulled a kettle of boiling water over my front when I was a child, as a result I've bad scarring and extensive skin grafts, you won't see my front without a top on.
