Sometimes Mods say there is no such thing as a stupid question. This thread is proof there IS stupid Q's
no you would most likely die.
when you ingest protein your body uses certain enzymes as catlysts to break them down into amino acids.
ok maybe you might not die buut still DONT DO IT!!
Exactly. Protein/creatine cannot be absorbed IM. At least...... I've never seen a study on it.Originally Posted by AnabolicAndre

it wouldn't be sterile and you'd more then likely get an infection. So, to answer the question, no, I don't think it would speed results. Having a banlenced diet and supplementation regimine would be more then enough. Just eat, train and rest. Everything else will come in time.
Hydorponic!
thanks guys, i was hoping for more technical answer but thanks for your opinions
Gumby - arnt you the same guy who said a buddy "snapped" off a pin in his ass?Originally Posted by Gumby

Nope this is a supplement question in a ridiculous form... There ARE injectable supplements you know (b-12 for example)Originally Posted by Gumby

Moving this to the supplement forum
To this question.. there are amino acids preparations that are made commercially available for intravenous use.
Haven't ever heard of creatine in this form.. and technically i couldn't see the application of it
As to the amino acid preparations...Yes theses could be used... but under medical supervision.
And there are potential sides: dizzyness etc.
A safer route would be an apt diet and training program
Narkissos
speachless. Just dont do it.
i meant forum oopss one letter makes that statement change so much hahaOriginally Posted by Narkissos
Many creatine supplements have sodium in them, so wouldn't that hurt like a steroid injection with an unpleasant burning sensation.
When protein/creatine is in the form of a liquid it is best absorbed through the eyes. Put it in an eye dropper, it absorbs through the retina straight to the brain..........Look Gumby I don't know how you can expect anybody to take this Q seriously
So then, I want to I shove a big juicy steak up my azz, to build up my gluts. Should it be cooked or raw?
RAW....ground it up and shoot it with a turkey basterOriginally Posted by singern

I hear the rectum is the best absorber of protein ans creatine. Either use a baster or freeze little protein cubes and stickem in yo ass.![]()
wow..
make sure that its not the 2 week old stuff that goes on sale. FOr best results go with tenderloin.
Actually there are some guys who evidently train gerbils to carry the stuff in.
