looks about right. get a good eating habit started and do some cardio. BF should drop pretty quick if starting around 20%
Not trying to be a dick, but I don't think that is 30lbs of muscle, I would agree you are around 20% BF though. Keep it up man.

I've been training really hard and have a very strict diet. I slacked on cardio for three monthd and my BF% creeped righ up. So everypne aggrees that I should keep cutting down to reasonable BF% ???

can you outline wht your very strict diet consists of, cause i don't see why ur bf would creep up if u slacked on cardio, while you still have a strict diet. maybe ur diet could b better, and there's alot of guys on here who can help you with it.

If you do it right, can be very rewarding. 7 years ago I cut from 205 lbs 20%BF benching 225, in six months naturally I got down to 181 and competed in a national bench competition hitting 385 at 181. I was in single digits BF. Get your diet in check, don't carb deplete, and you will love cutting results. As you lower your body fat, you body will increase its test production allowing you to make gains even while cutting. I know everyone always say either cut or bulk......but for me I sucked 25 lbs and actually put on a decent amount of muscle 5-6 lbs.
