    Im stuck.........

Ive been working out for a long time now and lately for the past month or so some of my exercises just arent going up in weight anymore. Just as an example i started my flat bench with 45 pound dumbells and within like a month or so i went up to 65 pound dumbells and for the past 4 or 5 weeks im stuck there. The weight just wont go up anymore. I do 3 sets at 6-8 reps. Any suggestions guys? Thanks.

Change in diet, new training approach, negatives, drop sets, etc.

try low reps fpr 6 weeks or 8 weeks. 5 sets 5,4,3,2,1.

then do 8 weeks of 8-12 reps per set. 3 sets or so. try it. variations. add more carbs and fat to your diet. creatine maybe.

Who cares about weight? As long as you are making steady gains in muscle you don't need to worry about the weight. At some point later down the road it will affect your gains, but at your level of training I wouldn't worry about it too much. you should really just be focusing on your form; that will give you more size than you think.
    Just my opinion.

This would lead to more harm than good IMO.. you can easily get injured.. just not worth it for me.. like swole said change in diet and change in training routine..
