Hello I am a new member and need help with my last few pounds. I do cardio in the gym 2 times a day and eat very healthy. My BF has been a member for years and I do light weights with him 4-5 times a week. I have been training with him for 6 months and cant loose that last bit of belly (I have 3 kids). He knows everything about men and what steroids he can take but were not sure about women. He said the women he knows that take what he does get a deep voice. I dont want that and cant seem 2 find info on side effects for women. Or what I should take 2 loose weight and then I want 2 put on muscle. I just need a little help. Thank you!![]()
