Just had cosmetic surgery, god i feel crap.

I had a tummy tuck and chest reduction (to remove gyno i developed through my teenage years). Came out of hospital on Saturday, sore as fuvk. Needed help getting dressed, walking and doing everyday normal stuff. I cant' see myself in the gym now for a long, long time. I would say at least 6 weeks anyway.

I have to wear a padded vest for the next 2-3 weeks and its the hottest weather here in the UK this year. Hardly eating too.

I feel like am going back to square one.

Don't push it just take it easy.. don't be thinking about what you Can't do and focus on what you can do. Abdominoplast is a serious surgery and not something you want to push. If you push it the internal stitches will pop and you will have noticeable bumps in your skin along the incision (I know this very well).

anyway it will take you about 1-2 weeks to feel like you can do anything on your own and a minimum of 6-8 weeks before you will want to do much of anything other than walking.

    Good luck bro.

Don't worry bro you'll be fine. A buddy of mine had gyno surgery and it was about 6 weeks before he was in the gym doing arms and what little he could. Everything worked out well and his chest looked great. You'll be back to your normal self before you know it. Try to keep your diet straight while your laid up!

The tummy tuck for sure. My chest is not as sore.

Pads on my chest came off today..... not feeling as happy as i thought i would with the results... but am guessing it's early days, right?
