I workout, and then do about 15 minutes of cardio. Then take my PWO.
is this OK? Should I take the PWO after weights, are keep doing as I am, and wait till after cardio. Thanks.

I'd keep it as you are doing. Do not ingest any pwo nutrients until all of your activity is done.
If you ask me, I'd skip the 15 mins. as that's not really doing much of anything but cutting into recovery time. Or, you could shorten your workouts and include 30 mins. of cardio after (to make the cardio more productive), then have your pwo offering. That is a better approach if you ask me.

Cool, thanks. I will keep doing as I am. And probably up the cardio. Thanks again SC
ky, are you cutting or bulking?
Its a bulk, but dirty, so I wanted to up my cardio slightly.
Maybe just do cardio on the days you don't weight train for 30-40 mins. and focus your lifting time in the gym on just lifting.
Just a suggestion, both would work, but if it were I, I would lift only if I were lifting, and on off days from training is when I would perform my cardio activity.

thats what i do, and seems to work really good, i could never combine my weight lifting and cardio back to back.Originally Posted by SwoleCat
