wks 1-3 25mg dbol p/day (20mg the first 4 days to make it an even 3 weeks)
wks 1 & 2 300mg sust (tuesdays) and 150mg decca (fridays)
wks 3-10 300mg decca (shots on fridays)
wks 3-12 300mg sust (shots on tuesdays & fridays)
currently 5'10" 195lbs. been lifting awhile. my last cycle was 10yrs ago, so my plan was to ease into it a little. does this sound good or should i make an adjustment somewhere.
