i am posting this here because guys that are cutting usually practice this. i read about a lot of guys cutting up and doing abs twice a day when they are about 4 weeks out or so. anywho, my question is...what is your dietary approach after these ab sessions? do you just have a normal meal or do you have some sort of PWO after each ab training routine? thanks to any responses from anyone who does this or anyone who has any insight on the topic.nOva-
