    How much you use in your pwo offering will depend on your stats/goals/etc.

    1/2 cup of dextrose is 75 grams of carbs, so use that as your base measurement.

    If the scooper is a 20.5 gram scooper then whatever is in it will be 20.5g. Just to be sure put 4 scoops into a measuring cup and it should be just over 1/2 cup.
