i dont think its the armi making u tired i think ur cell count is off this is a common thing so do some more reseaerch im not sure exactly what it is but ive heard some one else comment on it

1mg caps??? who sold those to you? NEVER cap anything under 10mg especially not arimidex or letro etc... I'd throw those out as they are pretty worthless and either get liquid or tabs... OR you could empty the cap and take fractions of it each day.. try 1/4 of a cap/day.
