    Wasn't Roger Moore the best Bond?

    I'm telling you, I can't imagine anyone else being Bond. I'm the eightees generation Bond (when I was a teen). I always wished I could be as cool as Moore's Bond but it never worked for me.

    Roger Moore is the reason i don't get this whole "the new Bond is the first Blonde Bond" statement they're pushing..

    Roger Moore looked pretty blondish to me in the re-runs i've seen.

    I think that I'm too young to really know much about the bond movies, but I was under the impression that everyone's favorite was Sean Connery.

    Connery is the "rough cut" bond. He's vodka straight up. Moore is smooth Bond - lightly stired not shaken. I like my Bond smooth with a twist of lemmon.

    I'm a Gen Xer too. I grew up watching new (80's) Bond Movies with Moore in the theaters and Sean Connery Bond movies on TV. I have always thought that Moore was the worst Bond ever. It's alll about Sean Connery, he is the best Bond ever.

    well to be honest, i like sean connery too, but i think moore is better. as well it depends on which movies u like. if you have a favourite story line, u mite also like the bond who played tht movie. i like the man w/ the golden gun, and therefore roger moore

    You're both wrong my friends!! Sean is too rough to be bond! Rough is too common. Connery would be better as a gardner or a blue blooded meat and potatoe guy. Now Moore was swave (swah - vae) -....I can't spell....He talked smooth, he had the smooth manerisms, and he was just "moore" charming. Always getting laid without conflict. That's my hero!
