decca or dbol

Hey what have you all taken and what is better? decca or dbol? I would be mixing it with test. what could I expect from it.

did first cycle of test e 10 weeks.
gained about 20 lbs
been working out on and off for about 4 years now. Last cycle was about 3 months ago. I eat about 3000 cals now, and I will be upping it alot when I start, actaully a couple weeks before. and I will be taking in about 300 grams of protein.

Deca and dbol are two entirely different hormones and are cycled in different ways. No flame bro but I think a little more research may be in order.
