New at this I hope I have put this post in the right forum. (stats) I am 5 10" 220 pounds I think I have 25-30% BF appox. Sorry no pictures. I have done 6 cycles since I was 18 I am now 28 years old. Need to know if I should lower my body fat before or after my cycle.
Cycle is
test prop 300-400mg EOD for 1-10 week
Eq 200-400mg for 1-8 week
tren 300-400mg EOD for 1-8 week
clen 5 pills ED for 11-16 week
I will be taking lectro through the cycle.
Or should I burn this BF first 30-45 min cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, until my goal is reached then do my cycle. Don't know to cut out the Eq becuz I eat alot off the gear I am scared that the Eq will give me monster hunger. What do you guys think.
