First Clen cycle

Hello everyone,
I'm almost one week in on a cycle of clen. I read and I was thinking that I was to use benedryl the third week. This is my first time on a cycle and I just wanted to make sure of one point, do I continue with the clen while also administering the benedryl? or do I only use benedryl that third week?. Also since I'm cycling with 60mcg ED after the third week is over do I need to once again ramp up from 20 to 40 etc..? Thank you.

you continue with the benadryl while using clen. I would increase dosage daily by 20mcgs until the sides are not tolerable, then back it down by 20 also.

Regular dose is fine, i take it at night to help sleep too. 25-50mgs/day for 7 days every 3 weeks

50-100mg benedryl every night for the 3rd wk...will upregulate your recepetors.

is the benydrl the non drowy kinda as i have found it dificult to get the other type sorry not hijackin just wondering

I usually have a bottle for my daughter around. We use it for allergic reactions, rashes etc.. We also usually get the store brand for less since Benydrl is a brand name.

Just find some generic sleeping pills. Same thing. Just make sure its the same ingredient.

Each teaspoon is 15mgs so I figure 5 or 6 teaspoons is what I'll be taking every night before bed.

Benedry is actually Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride. I think I paid 3 or 4 dollars for the store brand I got. Plus if I want to be extra thrifty I could catch it on sale.
