okay! im soooooo sorry that i have been bombarding yall with alot of questions, but i feel like no one is helping me, and i just want answers!!!!annnnyways.... i am 5'5 and 130 lbs. i JUST started taking clen today. i reallllly want to lose about 10-15 lbs. 15 lbs would be better. i just wanted to know when would be the best time to take clen... am or right before i work out? and how much cardio and weights should i be doing? and on my off weeks of clen, should i take or do anything to maintain the weight loss? pleaseeeeeee help! thanks!!
