intro:
i'll be 36 next week. 5' 10" 205lbs. been lifting on and off for years. due to injuries and having kids, i stopped lifting for 4 years. i got back into lifting and dieting 4 months ago. previous cycles were in 1993-primo and 1995-winny. results were good considering the information available back then was limited. had gyno since childhood. lipo in 1997 and redone in 2004.

suppliments:
ON whey, dextrose for pwo, centrum multi-vitamin, fish oil (1200mg 4 pills a day), diet will consist of the usual shit with one cheat meal a week.
training: 3 days on and one day off (cardio on off days)

current stats: measured with a steel tape measure(all i had)
biceps-15 3/4"

don't know how much body fat i have.
i am under the care of my doctor who knows a lot about anabolics. fellow bodybuilder-enough said. i took the time to ask my questions and get the proper tests done prior to starting, and will be getting more tests during the half way mark or as needed. i'd just like to thank everyone on this website for all the info. and for taking the time to answer peoples' questions. it really means a lot. i will post pictures throughout my cycle. started cycle on 6/12/06.
