Questions/help about 19-nordiol?

I am thinkin abou taking it. But I got some questions. Is it still legal? I have been to many posts but some are not updated and I do not know what all falls under the ban. Also, when taking it, what do I take with it? i.e. what supps? during and after. And in terms of side effects...what am I looking at? One post I read said this prohormone has a low side effects, of course I know its dependant on the individual, but I am asking in general. Thanks in advance for the help and let me know any other info you think is important.

If you are referring to Ergopharms Norandrodiol Select 300, then no, it is NOT still legal. Norandrodiol coverts into norandrolone so if you don't want to take the chance of having a lack of libido then you should take 4-ad which converts to testosterone with it, or you should take another product that converts to testosterone to offset the libido damping effects of the Norandrodiol. However, it is entirely possable that you will take it and not have these problems too. I have taken norandrodiol more then once but I have always taken it with stronger compounds so I really can't tell you what to expect as far as effectiveness if concerned.
