The LDL is a little high, but how high is it really?
I am planning another fall and winter of bulking. When I bulk I usually switch to eating whole eggs instead of whites, and much more red meat. Essentially, I eat a diet with more fat and cholesterol than I do in the spring and summer.
Is that LDL that much to worry about? Is there anything OTC which can help with this? It is so much easier to bulk with my whole eggs and steak. I eat at least 12 hard boiled eggs a day, and am tired of throwing out the yolks!
