u invest in properties in michigan? in my opinion thats good if your renting them out, my father has a company that does that, been there best year so far, a lot of people who lost there home this year in michigan now need to have rentals w/o leases and my father and his company helps them out with that.

You are correct though, with the price of housing, rising intrest rates and idiots who lost homes due to "creative financing" and intrest only/adjustable rate loans they need a spot to stay.

i WAS macomb county myself & st.clair county for a bit as well as wayne county.. ahh shuld of just said metro detroit. lol
