i am currently cutting and i ve been doing that for the last 5months and i managed to get down to 9 or 10% and i was at 19. my 6packs are very visible without flexin and i have veins pupping all over my abs and lower abdomen but the problem is that when i sit i have a layer of very soft belly wich make me think of a liposuction coz its driving me mad,and when i get up i am toned and very defined! any idea? ? i upped my cardio to 10 times per week and now i feel a bit softer:S i dont understand how can i have veins popping on my packs and my lower abdomen and my lower abdomen is soft![]()
