So i go from working 8-4 everyday to starting this monday 12am - 9 am . Just wondering if anyone works overnights like this and how they plan out there Gym time. I been thinking bout it and it just sucks i have to sleep through the whole day
I guess sleep 11-7 , gym at 8 . than i get like 2 hours ti relax before work.
This is gonna suck.
